Sitting here now and they definitely are still open. 10/28/17
Yes
Hi Mary, you could Google their web page. But I think the other local guides are right.
Hi Arlene Oakley, maybe I can help. If you go to Google on your phone and tap the mic and say Jackie two Ogunquit Maine. I think their page well come up on your phone was that information and their telephone number. Reason why I say this. Jackie to, does have a page that come up on my phone when I joined Google local guides a lot of businesses come up on my phone for ratings. Jackie to, was one of them. And is still on my phone with all the rest of them. So please try this and I think they can help you with your question.
I had the fried clams. It was ok. I'd pass on the cole slaw. My youngest enjoyed his lobster. Oldest wasn't too impressed with the lobster fettuccine. Overall ok.
The setting of the restaurant cannot be beat: at the end of Perkins Cove with beautiful views from every seat in the restaurant. Delicious pasta and friendly servers just add to a wonderful place to have a meal!
Safe social distancing. Sociable & attentive staff. BEAUTIFUL location.
The water view is beautiful. The wait staff was good but very busy. Parking is hard to get. This could be a great restaurant but it feels like the management is content knowing they will always have customers because of location. They don't seem to care it the tourist have a good experience or not. Most will never be back.
Great dining experience, everything ordered was delicious (especially the lobster roll and clam chowder). The view is spectacular!
The service was outstanding. We had the fish and chips. As we know its about location not the food
Food delicious. Waiter lovely. Views terrific. Hostess terrible. Horrible attitude, nasty to patrons and other staff.
First restaurant we visited in Maine. Very pleased with meal and blueberry lemon cake for dessert was amazing. Enjoyed local Maine Lunch IPA. Staff was very friendly.
No Tv .No music...Great food and Awesome view...
This is a great spot for cocktails, food and magnificent views of the ocean. The atmosphere is always festive and the drinks are great!! Especially when Sue is bartending.
Great place and decent prices, oir waiter was very attentive and professional. I got "Jackie's Favorite" but forgot to take a picture until I was half way done... lobster bisque was very good, beer section was great.
Beautiful view of the bay! The food was okay. My lobster grilled cheese had American cheese that brought the taste down a notch. My husband's shrimp roll was on a hamburger bun. So, while the food was good, better ingredients would have made it better. The service was very friendly and the portion sizes were good.
Very excited to check this restaurant out in Ogunquit. The host who took our names down seem frazzled and annoyed to be there. We were sat outside on the water gorgeous views . Our waiter was slow the whole time . I had two gin and tonics that were weak , I also got the chicken , broccoli fettuccine. Wasn’t impressed with it way overpriced should of been 16 dollars at the very most. My daughter enjoyed her steak tips and my son got the kids Mac and cheese which he liked. I guess for the price you are paying I expected a little more. I will stick with Oarweed and Barnacle Billy’s from now on.
I was a little hesitant coming here because of their poor Yelp reviews, but I looked at the content of them and noticed most of them were about bad service. However, taking into account the usual clientele that come in, it didn’t seem far fetched that they would leave reviews like that and the view was amazing so my friend and I went in anyways. We got the 1 1/4 lb lobster + clams and mussels + clam chowder and a brussel sprout appetizer. The clam chowder was definitely in the top 3 best clam chowders I’ve ever had. So delicious. The sprouts were also very good. We ate the seafood so fast I forgot to take a picture. The lobster was very well cooked and fresh. The other seafood could have used some sort of sauce other than butter. It was good in butter, but I wish there was something else. I thought it would be like a seafood boil with seasonings in it already, but it was plain. Still good, but no amazing.
Great food and drinks. Helpful staff. Nice jump off point for walk on marginal way.
Good service, great view, can ask for a bit if a change from menu. The pic is of view as sun was going down. A bit dark.
Ate here tonight, 9/11/19 and sat outside and had a friend hang out with us. A real friendly seagull. Waitress was pleasant but don't need a drink refill as it took forever to see her again and once I got my refill I find out it was an extra cost. It was just a diet Coke in a glass overfilled with ice. I won't be eating there again.
We went off season in March for our anniversary. Food was fantistic!!! View was great, easy parking. Want to go back!
My wife and I came here on our honeymoon and we got a table with a beautiful view of the water. The service was great and the food was fantastic. I got the lobster bisque and baked stuffed haddock and wasn't disappointed.
Fun place to visit. Lots to do. Good food, views, and location
Really friendly service, the view is amazing, and the food is fresh. You really feel like you're right next to the ocean. Bring a sweater during the evening if you're planning on sitting on the patio as it might get a little chilly and breezy.Recommend the lobsters and clams!
Great service, big portions
Wonderful lunch right on the marginal way. I had the pastrami reuben. Excellent! The pastrami was tasty and not greasy. The sauercraut made me a little gassy, as it should, and I tooted my way down the cliff path.
This seafood restaurant in Perkins Cove has fantastic ocean views and views the cliffs of the nearby Marginal Way. It's a short walk to the beginning of the trail. The town and restaurant is very popular with tourists. If you come early, you should be able to snag one of the many tables by a window and be rewarded with a spectacular ocean view. The seafood selection is good and there are other non-seafood choices as well. The prices are typically high due to the combination of seafood, tourists and location. The wait times can typically be long, as is everything located in Perkins Cove, so plan accordingly. Parking is extremely limited, difficult and/or expensive like anywhere in Perkins Cove that doesn't have its own parking lot.
Food was good, portions were very generous. We especially enjoyed the Mac n cheese with pulled pork.
Came on July 25th. Had a large party so we were split in two. One table was served drinks, apps, dinner and desert before the second table was even served their full appetizers. Absolutely awful service. Terrible customer service and professionalism by the waitstaff. Very disappointing been here many times and never had issues
Nice location but don't order sirloin tips. Extremely chewy, regretted ordering. Couldn't finish it.
Good food, good atmosphere a bit pricey.
Beautiful views while dining, food was great as well.
We had an awesome lobster grilled cheese sandwich. Great view and service.
Delicious food, great view of the harbor.
Stopped in for a quick bite before heading out onto the Marginal Way. We enjoyed the California chicken wrap and the tuna melt. Our waitress Barbara was very sweet and attentive. We often try to stop here when we visit Ogunquit.
Great restaurantright on the water. Plenty of views of the rocky coastline while you eat. The food and service were both great. We only visited for a mid-afternoon snack so only had apps. The clam chowder and lobster cakes were awesome. The salads were good sized. From the looks of the menu, would definitely definitely come back for dinner sometime. There is a big parking lot, but its gets pretty full with all the Perkin's Cove traffic. Definitely recommend taking the trolley or walking the marginal way (cliff walk) to get here.
Clam chowder is awesome and the fresh lobsters were really good, I had the lobster roll was decent, service is pretty good when they get you set up. Nice views and seating.
Great drinks. Nice bar...
Food was good service a little slow but gorgeous views of water.
Food was good and had a killer view. Overall would go back again. Good size portions and feel it was worth the price.
Jackie's too I give 5 stars. This is a good clean restaurant and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and they have a lot to choose from in their menu. This restaurant has good views of the ocean. And Jackie has outside seating. Jackie's is located in Perkins Cove and there's a lot of little shops around there. You might have to pay for parking between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. if you can't find any free parking place.
Lovely food, very good service by our waiter. Loved the ambience on heated deck. We are vegetarian and our eggplant sandwich and goat cheese salad was very tasty!
Good food, great location, destination view
Serenity by the ocean. Very fresh seafood cooked to perfection
Sitting right by the ocean drinking a blueberry beer with blueberries. Can't get any better than this!
Amazing food, drinks, and bartender. Had the lobster grilled cheese which was amazing. And the people are always so friendly.
Went their for Father's Day must if been a new waiter took a long time to take our orders forget the salad was their for over two hours.
Being located right on the water in Perkins Cove this restaurant has great views from many tables. Not being a seafood fan I can't review most of the menu as it is predominantly seafood and with good reason because fresh fish is just feet away. I did have the chicken broccoli Alfredo which had a thick creamy Alfredo sauce with tender chicken bites and fresh broccoli. No complaints at all. It did seem odd that on a prime Friday night in the middle of summer the place was almost empty at 7:30 PM. Take that for what you will.
One of my favorite places to go. Good food and a great view.
Excellent food and service! The shrimp scampi is to die for!!! Will be back!
Best sea food I've ever had
Dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever eaten at during the covid 19 pandemic. They wiped tables down with a dirty rag from the busboys bucket that he puts dirty dishes in, not using any disinfectant. Then they sat new customers at that table. That’s unacceptable, we’ve seen this happen 4 times while we were there. They didn’t practice social distancing either.
We had a very bad experience, my friends and I suffer discrimination today because we are Brazilians. The waitresses did not want to serve us and we could see the contempt in their eyes. But we are very grateful for the lady who works at the entrance (hostess) and the man who serves the drinks (runner), they were very kind and serve us very well because the was feeling bad with what the waitresses was doing. We had to wait more than 30 minutes to receive the menu, because the waitresses did not want bring it to us. I hope you can hire people to serve HUMANS and not to separate people by race/ethnicity. Brazilians or any other ethnicity are also human and feel hungry. also we pay the waitresses' salary too.
